The sea on the plate

The Cantabrian Sea comes to Tenerife from the sea of Nacho Manzano.

Nacho Manzano will bring the Cantabrian Sea to the Atlantic. He will show how seafood products are treated in the north and how they are transferred to the plate.

Getting to know the sea itself and making the most of its products will be the leitmotiv of the talk by the Asturian chef Nacho Manzano.
