Sergio Bastard will be stripping La Casona del Judío bare at Meeting of the Seas.

Bastard will be telling the gastronomic story of his restaurant, how conservation techniques play an important role there, and how he interprets them with his crew. Sergio will expound on his personal view of cookery, understood as something simple which becomes complex on the palate.
