Maritime Allegory
The Mediterranean Sea is a source of inspiration for Quique Dacosta.
The relationship of this chef, born in Extremadura but an adopted son of Valencia, with the sea is a central focus of his cuisine. Dacosta's cooking draws on the water of the Mediterranean, which not only helps him get the very best out of the produce he uses, but also serves as inspiration for his recipes.
