The only congress in the world combining gastronomy with science and the fishing industry, to debate and home in on defence of maritime culture, and call for urgent sustainable measures for the best possible recovery of the health of our oceans. This time around we will address conservation as a tool to preserve marine biodiversity in international waters.
Marine biologists, oceanographers, leading personalities in the fishing industry and master chefs from all over the world will produce an updated overview of the marine world and its conservationist challenges.
